Château Quintus
Château Quintus is a wine of balance and elevation. Born from a mosaic of terroirs with varied exposures, it reveals the harmony of limestone, clay and clay-limestone soils. The balance between Merlot and Cabernet Franc is expressed with precision, supported by purity of fruit, subtle minerality and a silky mouthfeel. A wine made for aging, Château Quintus reveals its full expression after a few years of aging.
Dragon de Quintus
Le Dragon de Quintus takes its name from the dragon statue that has watched over the estate from its promontory above Saint-Émilion. Born from the same mosaic of terroirs as Château Quintus, it offers an expression driven by vibrant fruit, freshness and finesse. Accessible in its youth, it reveals a more immediate expression of the Quintus terroirs.
Saint-Émilion de Quintus
Saint-Émilion de Quintus is crafted with the same care and exacting standards as Château Quintus and Le Dragon de Quintus. It offers a supple, fresh and generous expression of Saint-Émilion’s terroirs.
Prince Robert of Luxembourg designed a new bottle, specifically for Château Quintus, inspired by Château Haut-Brion’s antique bottles dating from the mid-19th century. Recently, one of these bottles was discovered in a pirates’ cache near the island of Mayotte in the Indian Ocean. The new bottle design features an embossed seal on the neck, similar to those used in the past. Quintus is a recent adventure for the Dillon family and the immense potential of this fabulous terroir is gradually awakening.
